I refuse to buy anything from gamestop ever since their black friday ps3 controllers for $20 I ordered then the week after BF they sent My money back and said it was a mistake. same with tomtom and their "price mistake" although that didnt stop them from keeping My money for 8 weeks.

Sounds like you don't "game" at all. More like a "collector"...and if you aren't gonna play it due to you're "pile" for 6 months(or longer I'm guessing) you could've held out til it was 9.99 by then....duh!

Definitely worth picking up for $20. I Gamefly-ed it and have been slowing getting through with some friends. $18 used through there, so $20 new ain't bad at all. Hopefully the DLC will go on sale soon so I can try that.

I do have a friend who's save corrupted about 4 months ago and he was pretty ticked about that... apparently he was only a few thousand xp from getting top level and the last achievement. That's the only glitch I have heard of... other than a few weird clipping issues here and there, nothing too concerning has happened in my gaming time.

This has been on NewEgg for $10 and free shipping twice in the last 2-3 months. Anyone who hasn't already bought this game clearly isn't in a rush to play it, you might as well wait for that price again.

I bought it for PS3, played it once - I don't think it's my thing. Gonna try and resell it.

I would liken it to a sandbox game (or action + rpg). I've put countless hours into it after release day - there were definitely some bugs but it has been patched nicely since then. If you (or anyone else) does buy it, I highly recommend finding friends or good people to play with. It is significantly more fun with a party. (I also recommend NOT playing as Xian Mei - she's weak). Sam B is extremely useful for most of the game, and Purna is serious badassery in the last half.

coop is great - up to 3 others can join and zombies adjust to level of each player making it easy for vets to help newbs and still level up.

You can set up private slots otherwise the game will alert you two when others are nearby on the map or trying similar missions and allow you to seamlessly drop in and out of MP while continuing their game...

same thing happened to me ... bought a garmin for $30 on ebay which was great and I got for a steal 5 inch touch screen too!
