Keep in mind this lantern is too weak for real camping use, bright LEDs are expensive and there is a valid reason why they cost $20-$50 in retail stores and this one is $5 or less, it's not just markup!
Keep in mind they work just fine for many people and were plenty bright - and this and all opinions are worth their weight in ink. (including mine)
It's not just camping. I have several of them and they come in handy when the power goes out at night.
