$250 is about as good as it has ever been unless you get a staples price match plus coupon deal.

I've gotten in on a few price mistakes in the past but they always get cancelled. How often does setting this up as a deal alert actually pay off?

It was an honest mistake. The OP just happened to mention both words in the same post nowhere near each other; it's not like the various a-holes that say things like "I found a $600 product for $10 off, maybe a price mistake?"

First of all, the "Amazon" price is a thirdparty price, which is, surprise surprise, Adorama. Second, this is a product that doesn't go on sale very often. $250 shipped is about the cheapest that this flash has ever been, so I'd say it's definitely a slick deal. Especially if you're buying multiple to use in a slave strobe situation. 10% of a product that is almost never on sale deserves a thumbs up.
