Tell them what you see ("there's this second strange charge on my account"). Let them say what it is. Say (nicely) that you wouldn't have clicked "order" if it had been that price. Then stay silent. Took her about 10 minutes on hold, but she came back and refunded. I'll cancel tomorrow after it arrives.

nope. doesn't seem like it. with shipping, the higher end (stainless steel) coffee maker with 4 boxes of coffee (and a free spoon) will cost slightly over $30.
