Maybe a sale will come for those soon in the near future. An excellent price for this HDTV
yeah , last week bought/PM from Amazon ... using paul's link
The other major diff is LED+ and Edge LED ....
I think we all got spoiled by the cheap entry budget friendly HDTV deals from last year. I know manufacturers are enforcing strict MAP policies so a deal like that might take awhile to be seen again, maybe towards the end of the year.
But for this HDTV, its a great set and price! LG is quickly catching up to the number one slot which Samsung currently holds
Those were all edge-lit HDTV's but the model I would say it's definitively comparable to is the UN55D7000

Sharp AQUOS 60" Full HD 1080p 120Hz LED Smart HDTV with Built-In Wi-Fi [bjs.com] for $1399 + tax/in-store pick up.
I'm not sure if I should wait for a sale to come up or just pull the trigger. I'd much rather get a Sharp AQUOS Quattron 60" 3D Full HD 1080p 240Hz LED LCD HDTV with Built-In Wi-Fi [bjs.com] for the price of the ones above.
What to do... what to do?
Surprisingly, it was cheaper than the LM6200

IMHO, just my two cents. I do not recommend Sharp HDTV's, it's my preference based on picture quality I have observed and noticed from them over the years. They are still trying to shake their image for horrible banding on their sets years ago.
