This particular video hard has two cooling fans built into the heatsink. Two fans actually help with lower noise levels, since the two fans can be run at a lower RPM and maintain the same temperature as a single fan at a higher RPM.
1120 stream processors clocked @ 900Mhz standard; Eyefinity outputs include (1) HDMI (2) DVI (2) DisplayPorts
$30 rebate Exp 5/15/12

Really, truly, a fantastic card. Runs everything I play on max (Arkham Asylum/City, Source games, Just Cause 2, etc) at 1920x1200. Glorious.

It was VERY quiet, and very fast compared to my 5770.
This is a great card if you want out of the box performance that can handle almost all games on max settings. There isn't much OC potential if you're looking for a card to over clock with. You won't get very far with this card.
There really isn't a big difference in visuals between ultra and high, definitely not enough to be worth the frame loss.

Got the same deal about 6-7 months ago (just before BF3 was released), Sold off the bundled game codes (when they were still worth something) so my final cost was ~$90
-Haha j/k.
