Absolutely.
I love my 7970, but I really appreciated the power of the 6950's that I tried out.

This is still a good deal at that price and performance level.
Not a fan boy, I am just amazed.
On topic, I think I would hold off buying this card and wait for a ~$200ish 7850. There was already a deal close to that a few days ago. The power consumption and noise of the reference coolers on the 7k series blows the 6k out of the water.
Now let's get technical. Does this have a dual bios and allows writing, turning this into a 6970?
