Yes, I confirmed with a newegg rep. If you refuse the package, you get a full refund. If you accept the package, you have to go through the return RMA process. Also, I verified that there is no restocking fee on unopened boxes.
Nice deal, when/where did you snag one for $100? That sounds similar to the really good deal I got on a 5830 about a year ago ($100).
