There are two versions of iPad 2. This refurbished is most likely the old models. No difference in performance, but the refreshed iPad2 has better battery life and produces less heat due to smaller 32nm process. Still, great price for the older model.

Anyways, I know it depends on the rep, but I would have just kept trying if I didnt get lucky the first time. After using cash back from discover, the iPad came to $281 plus taxes with free case. Thanks to everyone who helped with tips.
