I bought the Ozeri Elite Series II (here [amazon.com]) and while it worked fine for a while, I had 2 die. The first died in after about 3 months. It would not even turn on. I contacted Ozeri and the representative was very nice and shipped me a new one for free. I was happy and thought I had just received a bad unit. The next unit did not die but would no longer give correct readings after a month. When you stepped on the unit the numbers would fly around from 100lbs to 400lbs. After this one failed I decided to give up on the brand.

I then bought the EatSmart Precision Digital Bathroom (here [amazon.com]) and have had no problems at all. I know it's more expensive, but at least it hasn't broken yet.

My Ozeri died after about a year. Not this model, though. I would not buy another Ozeri. Just my two cents ...

I got this EatSmart Precision GetFit Digital Body Fat Scale w/ 400 lb. Capacity & Auto Recognition Technology. It works great but more expensive.
