Based on what I said above, I'm pretty sure (90+ % likely) that they are made in China.
[further info] -- I notice that the photo shows Marples even though they are listed as Irwin. I found the following comment on another forum:
I read threads about the Marples chisels and how they are a better choice being made in England, I get that.
Now why am I seeing Irwin Marples chisels at Menards that are made in China? I think someone is trying to fool me. Is Marples a trade name for a certain type of chisel and only some are made in England?
