No. I doubt they'll allow you to get the Arkham City GOTY for $20. But unless they specify which SKU's you can only buy, it doesn't hurt to try.

yeah i wish the controller was wireless but can anyone speak to the quality and thanks for posting as i am sure most people at CAG will be doing i am going to pick these up early and get a price match when they go on sale.

Arkham City has already been $10 after Best Buy's @Gamer coupons at least several times, so not much of a deal there. But Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is decent, as is Silent Hill Downpouwer.
Unless otherwise mentioned that's it's only for specific SKU's, the deals should be available across both PS3 and 360 but more than likely NOT PC except in the case of TERA Online which is PC only.
