I dunno. I have become very partial to the in-ear types, love my JVC Marshmallows. Regular earbuds just cannot deliver the sound quality (or block out outside sound). Inline volume control is cool though, wish every headphone came with that.

Hopefully these are better than the MX 470s I bought a while ago. Not sure what happened to Sennheiser, but they were godawful. Sounded harsh and tinny, and the left channel died completely after 4 months (replaced under warranty, thankfully).
