They REALLY need to get inseam 38 on their "TALL" pants. 36" inseam is not a whole lot beyond an average height (I would say 32 - 34" is the average inseam).

I get the portfolio pants from sams club for 20$, and the shirts - I have seen better prices. This is mediocre at best for me.
