Looks like a one time use serialized barcode number, just like Lowes.

All Sears $ off coupon codes (Lawn & Garden, Tools, etc.) have a $ in the coupon code, followed by the amount.

For $5, it would say $500
For $10, it would say $1000 and so on.

It's not a one-time use serialized barcode, it's a multi-use coupon.

You can tell that by looking at the URL:
They sent these coupons out to people who recently made a purchase. I've gotten a few of them myself, all pointing to the same URL.
