3 Whole Wheat
Several reviewers say the instruction manual is useless but here's a comment from a Newegg reviewer:
Like nearly everything from Rosewill, this is a great product at an extraordinary price, with a good warranty and customer support but a useless instruction manual. For most things the manual doesn't matter, but if you've never used a bread machine before you need a good one. Fortunately, the Sunbeam model 5891 is exactly like this bread machine in every way except cosmetic, and its manual is about as good as they come and written in nearly flawless English. The first thing any buyer of this bread machine should do is download the Sunbeam manual.

-It is the horizontal loaf style (easier to clean)
-You can set the timer when making dough (most breadmakers don't allow this)
-Doesn't shake violently when mixing

Whatever we don't eat by the end of the week, we use for french toast on the weekends.
$40 for a decent breadmaker isn't bad at all...
