its actually been at 199 for quite a while with the dirt3 free. right now it is 10 bucks cheaper than normal but includes battlefield 3 as well...so i guess its a little better than usual but still not quite a slick deal yet

good price and freebies if you need it now however.

btw fwiw, my friend got this a month back at the 199 price hoping that the shaders would unlock...and it did not unlock successfully.

I don't know how this one compares to other cards of the same class, but the price isn't that bad.

The lowest price I've seen on a 6950 so far is $190 from almost two months ago:

Edit:

I'm still debating on whether to get a HD 6950 or a gtx 560 ti 448 though. :/ I still have until early August to make my choice so I'm hoping for a better deal until then.

Great deal, you're pretty much getting the card for $150 if Battlefield alone interest you! Nothing beats a 6950 at this price, almost makes me want to replace my 6870s!

I have the MSI Frozr 3 version of the card, and I run MW3, Skyrim, etc using max settings @ 1080p and it runs everything with grace. That's just 1 card, I can't justify another card just yet, lol.
