Just bought one last week for $41+shipping. The chocolate milkshake is pretty good if anybody is trying to decide on a flavor.

I talked to my friend that worked as a personal trainer about this too. He told me that he would recommend Syntha 6 if you are trying to bulk up since there are six kinds of proteins in this mix. I never asked him about NOW Whey Isolate....but he told me that Dymatize Whey Isolate are usually for people who wants to maintain their shape without adding weight and is also a good whey mix for people who want to lose weight.

So I am guessing generally, Syntha 6 = bulk up and build muscle....Whey Isolate = helps watch weight while building muscle (leans more toward people who wants to lose weight)

Both helps build muscles regardless though

Syntha 6 is one of the best tasting proteins out there but it's definitely not as lean as ON Whey.

Whey Isolate is what you really want after workout due to its rapid release.
