After having a sonicare for the last 5 years, I always spend the extra $ and get the most expensive one. When it comes to my teath, the extra $100 I spend on a toothbrush once every 5 years well makes up for the fact that I have never had a cavity or any major work done on my teeth. I just splurged and bought the DiamondClean off of Amazon for $170~ shipped... the $30-$50 difference is a joke compared to how much you would pay for a cavity, root canal, cleaning, etc...
