You should be able to find AC 2 for $7-$10 used, since it's a greatest hits title for PS3. Brotherhood will be a little tougher to find cheap - usually runs in the $12-15 range. Keep an eye on Amazon used and ebay used-like new listings.

Deals like this are why I love an hate Slick Deals. SOCOM 4 and AC R into my HUGE backlog.

Personally, I would start with AC2. You can (and should) skip AC1 because there is a very real chance that its repetitiveness will prematurely sour your enthusiasm for trying the rest of the series. If you do like AC2, that enthusiasm will do a lot to carry you through any perceived weaknesses of ACB or ACR. Continuity (wanting to know what's next in the story) from AC2 to ACB to ACR will also help carry you through getting burned out. Then, after you've played everything else, you can try AC1 and not have to feel too bad about missing anything if you decide to quit halfway through.

People who spend any amount of time on these sites obviously don't value their time that highly. Most people who complain in the manner you suggested have just recently made an account to complain about not getting in on a deal they saw here.

Why pay for a magazine that gets me discounts at best buy when I NEVER SHOP AT BEST BUY? And amazon is my source for obtaining and selling used games because BEST BUY IS NOT REASONABLY PRICED for the most part.

And there's being a company who doesn't train employees about which coupons to take and there's being a company who does.

Actually I've seen people who have been on at least a few of these sites for a while now complain incessantly about being 'screwed' out of deals due to hoarders. It seems like it's worse over at CAG, but it's happened in this very thread on SD too.

So because you don't shop there regularly, that gives you the right to STEAL a deal by printing up a coupon instead of paying for the magazine like everybody else? Hopefully BB takes my advice and makes all of these coupons single use via unique codes so that they'll be able to stop such fraud from continuing.

Obviously the company needs to train their associates to be able to spot printed coupons versus legit ones. But unfortunately they cannot train the cashiers to be less apathetic and actually give a crap about their job or the company they work for. However, it still doesn't mean you should take advantage of the system like that.
