Actually even Nemesis was not that bad..but by then the actors were so old. It was a decent farewell to them. It was an out and out action sci fi movie but the real essence of star trek is in the humanity and drama of the stories. Till date it is the lowest grossing film including Shatner's Star trek 5.

I don't have a BluRay device, but thumbed up this deal 'cause it's ST: TNG. Love that series. I'm waiting until they finish digitally remastering the entire series, and then wait some more until that version is at a reasonable price.
