They come, but are very very slow.
I have never failed to receive the Coolermaster's rebates and I have done over 50 of em'. They have been quite punctual too.
I still have a box full of new CM fans...200mm's, 140mm's, 120mm's, etc. I like trying their different variations such as the Sickleflow, Standard, MegaFlow, Neon, Blademaster, etc. I rarely fail to pick one up when they have a good rebate and price.
The ones I have not tried yet but want to are the:
XtraFlo
Excalibur
Turbine Master MACH0.8
Turbine Master MACH1.2
Turbine Master MACH1.8
So, I mailed this lastest rebate in with a full assurance they will honor the rebate and keep sending them to me in a punctual manner.
My only complaint is I wish they would permit more than one!
I am posting pics of their Turbine Master as well as what they say about them!!!
The unbreakable rule has now been broken. Cooler Master’s Turbine Master is the company’s latest 120mm high air flow fan that refutes the standard of “high air flow fan = loud”. Modeled after a strong turbine engine, the Turbine Master produces a strong air flow from an ingenious16-blade design and generates unsurpassed airflow combined with a circular semi-frameless design to maximize coverage and reduce noise. The Barometric Ball Bearing (BBB) can be easily removed to provide effortless cleaning and quick maintenance.
The innovative Barometric Ball Bearing technology provides longer life span while remaining lower noise level.
Removable blades for quick and easy cleanup.
Outsatnding 16-blade design covers maximum area to generate striking airflow, even under low speed operation.
High airflow design gives excellent chassis ventilation.
One-of-a-kind turbine shape inspired by a powerful turbine engine.

At any rate, I like cm fans. I have a haf x case so I have cm fans all throughout. Not the world's best but probably the among the best price to performance & noise ratio.
If you want a "cheap" fan, I'd recommend 1200rpm Yateloons from Petra.

These things are loud as heck!
I had a few of the green version in a case for awhile. They sound like a jet fan
Does anyone know if the (LIMIT1) means past fan rebates? These fans have popped up several times over the last month in different colors and rebate #s. Can I get another one?

In the environments I'm in, it's pretty quiet.

These are super cheap.
A few months back I submitted four different rebates for CM fans. Three were acknowledged as having been received. The one that wasn't received was only for $5 so I didn't bother to resubmit. Of the three received, I got one check and one denial because I supposedly bought it after the rebate time period. This one was only for $5 as well, but it pissed me off, and I called them. I spoke with a very nice AMERICAN man who told me to fax him a copy of the invoice and he'd take care of it. That was a few days ago and I'm still waiting to see what happens. No word either way on the fourth rebate.
