This shelter is 12ft (at the base) with angled legs and an open cathedral type ceiling and pull pin sliders. It comes with a 190 x 190 Blue top with Silver undercoating that blocks 99% of the suns harmful UV rays and has an CPAI-84 fire rating. It has a white powder coated steel frame and weighs only 37lbs. It comes with a Diplayable Roller Bag with stake pouch, 4 stakes and a 2 year warranty.

- Just a heads up. The canopy for this is 10' x 10'. It is the base that measures 12' x 12'.

I read the one review on Sears that talked about anchoring with sand bags. Anchoring is not a problem, I just don't want the wind to bend members.

they maybe last a year or a little more.
Ace Hardware had 10x10 shelters for $59.99 this past week, but our local store was sold out. This looks like better quality anyway and it's bigger.
However, it is still light for gusty winds. No anchoring is going to help.
