The back pack looks like pretty good quality also. Cannot beat the price if you need one.
I did a google search but came up with very limited reviews. The primary complaints that I've come across include the "feel" of the mouse and the sensitivity.

so I think it should fit your laptop, just might be snug. I do not think that these are that precise measurements. I have a couple of different brands of backpacks for laptops, not Lenovo, and they have extra give.
