click on the long blue bar that says rernt this in HD...I also used to have the same issue...not sure if it will playback on PC in HD though...i usually watch these on my xbox, or thru the amazon video player on my bluray player

Hahaha! I've never clicked on that. I usually just rent via the TV when I want a HD version. Now I can do it from the PC! Can't believe I never noticed that bar was clickable before!

Excellent find. I didn't see this listed anywhere on the Instant Video front page, nor do I search on 99c titles very often. Unlike most of the 99c rental choices, the majority of these I haven't seen either.

How long will these titles be on sale for 99c? Is it today only or will they last a bit longer?

That's a reasonable difference, but since these are rentals and not to own, I can survive watching them in SD once. Since I'll probably rent all but 2 of them, I don't want to be spending double for HD on all of those. I'd rather put the extra $1 towards buying the Blu-Ray if I like the movie.

I think I'm going to register a 2nd PS3 to get another $5 credit. AFAIK, that offer is still active and I was told (in another thread) that you can get more than 1 $5 Amazon credit if you register more than 1 PS3 in the same Amazon account. If anyone believes that's wrong, please post.

Strangely, I didn't find a link on the page saying '$0.99 rentals here' and I just saw them in the top 10 list....so I'm not sure how long they'll be that. You do have a month to start watching them though, once purchased (and then 24 hours to complete watching them once you hit play). I agree....there's usually a bunch I've seen. This makes a nice change.

Usually 30 days after purchase to start watching....and then these vary. Some are 24 hour rentals and some are 48 hour rentals. It says right above where you pay for each one.
