Craftsman 13" Tool Bag $4 + Free In-Store Pickup (expired)

In 4 2. Picked up a few last time this deal came around. Awesome awesome awesome. Extremely durable and you can fit a good amount of crap inside. I remember almost purchasing one of these bags when they were $25. At $4 its a no brainer.

I don't generally visit old deals to see if those deals have been lies and taken away, so I wasn't aware of that. So, you're saying there's a big thread about the 1 year that showed in the account being retroactively changed to 3 months? Do you have a link or do I just search "Shop Your Way free shipping 1 year" on SD and hope to find it?

I know I turned off auto renew, so do I need to cancel anyway or can I just let it expire? That is unless Sears retroactively changed it back to auto renew. I knew Sears was low (IMHO) but changing the deal after the fact is even lower. I don't even remember when it was, so who knows if 3 months have passed. I was under the impression I didn't have to do anything with auto renew off.

That's weird. Mine stated online and in store. Gave me a coupon code (16 digit number) for online orders and a bar code for in store purchases.

i will need to do some search to answer your questions. but here is what i recall... the deal about 1 yr membarship was around May 17. and then a few weeks later(?) there was some another discussion. there was one thread where a SEARS representative (newly minted SD "member") answered questions about 3mo vs. 1yr free membership. long story short - it was supposed to be 3mo and then their system messed up and people saw 1yr membership. later on they corrected the error. anyway, 5/17 + 3 months = 8/17 is coming soon so don't forget to cancel. will attach links if i can find them

I got one when it was 5 bucks. I don't consider craftsman to be that great of a brand as a whole, but these bags are fantastic. Very sturdy and well made == and incredibly convenient. I don't need another one but still TU for a good deal. Not going to bother to rep the bot though...

these are great, i picked up 4 last time. i gifted 2 and recently used one whilst i was doing soffits on my house last week. between this and a tool belt my tools were always within easy reach.

i had an 18v C3 CRAFTSMAN li-ion drill, a 12v bosh impact driver, 2 pencils, 2 tape measures, a rafter square, box of nails, 16oz hammer and a small stanley wunderbar in there. they're quite spacious and durable.

last time this deal came around, someone mentioned storing tools without cases in them. i use one to hold my craftsman angle grinder, extra wheels and a pair of safety glasses. when it's time to do some grinding, you just grab the bag and you're good to go. makes the bench area less cluttered and more organized. at $4.00 these are a great deal.

FYI I just now signed up for the free 3 months SYWM (actually .02 cents) Then the free shipping showed up as an option. I didn't want to drive to pick up a bag but with free shipping I'm in.
