Also, it can shoot in RAW mode (I don't use), and it has a twisty thing around the lens for changing focal point, zoom, colors, etc.
I have the S90, so I am wondering how the S100 has changed.

Looks like the S100 has built-in GPS. Holy eff - how does this hurt the battery life? The S90 already has less-than-stellar battery life.
Sensor size makes a huge difference in image quality and low light performance.
