"Thermaltake CL-P0503 70mm CPU Cooler
When I first saw this little cooler I thought it would be impossible to keep my Phenom 3.4GHz cool, no way! Well after the incredibly easy installation (easiest CPU heatsink installation I can remember) I realized that with ambient temperature around 84F it could keep my CPU at 105F while playing 1080p videos, browsing the internet and editing 14Mpixel images on Photoshop. Three seconds after I closed everything downs the temperature on all cores went down to 89F! Impressive for such a tiny little thing. Did I mention that I can barely hear the fan spinning?"
I agree that you'll want a better cooler if you are overclocking, but at stock speeds it's fine.
BTW, the CPU won't consume 125W. At idle system power consumption is ~ 44-45W [xbitlabs.com], load 147W [xbitlabs.com]. That means the real CPU power consumption is more like 100-110W. Of course Intel's CPUs are way more efficient and are faster but Intel has nothing at $70 worth buying.
