If not, I'll torrent the movie if there's a good copy, pop a bag of my own popcorn and watch it at home. Funny thing is I'm sitting on about $300 in Fandango cash I rarely use.
But I'm a food sneak. (I'm not obese - I run all the time and me and my wife of the skinny/athletic running couple of the family) What can I say - I'm a slickdealer.
Chic Fil A is just outside our theatre so it's great. Their chicken nugget box and waffle fry box are very quiet.
Chinese is a no no - too mesy and too smelly.
Small bags of smartfood cheddar popcorn are great. Bottles of soda/water are great.
My personal no-no's:
1. Food that is loud - wrappers, bags etc.
2. Food that is extremely smelly (chinese)
3. Cans of drinks that make that crazy noise when opening and may explode and you can't close them if they start to.
My favorites:
1. Candy bars.
2. Chic Fil A.
3. Wendy's
4. Bottles of Soda/Juice etc.
At 50% off I would possibly buy something but I just can't justify $15+ for a popcorn and soda. I couldn't sleep at night. (Yeah I would actually have trouble knowing I spent that much on it.)
Weapons? I hope so. Really don't need additional people shooting in the dark. Look at how much trouble Pee Wee Herman got into.
Only people that listen to the "rules" are the honest people.
I don't think the guy in Colorado read the rules and was like "Oh, they don't allow guns, I'll go to a theater that allows them so I don't get into trouble".
I carry everywhere I go. All the malls here have signs up that say weapons prohibited yet they somehow still get robbed occasionally at gun point!
If I'm in the mall, I don't ever want to be stuck somewhere saying "The bad guy has a gun or knife, I listened to the rules and didn't bring mine".
Luckily I live in a very safe area, but if history tells you anything, bad things can and will happen anywhere, not just in the bad areas.
that's it??
My friend bring in a bucket of KFC!
The he'll have to chip in everytime he wants to get in...
