Depends on what you buy.

I am a big fan of the FASS line of running shoes - super comfortable but I wouldnt run a marathon in them. Look to brooks, asics, etc for long distance shoes and/or shoes with more stability. When I first bought the FASS 550 running shoe - it was for my son as more of a fashion and comfort thing (these things are incredibly comfortable - especially for long days on your feet but are a light shoe good for indoor running occasional outdoor) and they have held up great and my son loves them. I bought a pair and love them also. I just got a pair of FAAS 800's and think they will be even better as they have a bit more to them than 550's without sacrificing comfort. I am a true believer.

If they are good enough for Bolt - they are good enough for me.

THe Puma Vectana/Ventis and Nightfox lines are more complete running shoes but they are mid level for serious runners and would be more for style and occasional running.

The clothing is great and comparable quality to nike, etc. Very in style - more so than your everyday nike or underarmor that everybody wears. Puma is very "IN" right now.

Not sure why so many are concerned with how/why something may or may not make FP. All these "must be a sponsored deal" comments...really, why care? Nothing happens when something makes FP. No prizes, no points, no discounts, nothing. Nothing except for bringing it to the attention of hundreds of thousands of people that otherwise wouldn't see it.

To me, I'd rather a really great deal NOT make the FP so the odds of me actually being able to get that deal increases 100 fold.

How do these puma 'deals' get fp and so many thumbs ups every time they appear (which seems like weekly)? I got my son a pair of pumas last year, they barely lasted 3 months of him wearing them once or twice a week before they looked ragged and worn out. Maybe I'm just not a die hard Puma fan, but the quality is only fair to poor, the prices are relatively high (compared to deals on new balance and nike, both of which are far better quality) and the selection of sizes and styles for these weekly puma 'deals' are pretty thin. For these kinds of prices, this has absolutely no business being a fp deal, imho.

I hear you. I got 2 pairs of shoes ( one of them was retailed for $110) + a jacket for $75 with FS 4 weeks ago from PUMA. Had to return the jacket but FS stayed. Now that was a deal!

However, this deal is still a good deal for others who needs PUMA products right now and nothing better is out there.

Well, I found stuff here, that was cheaper than if I got Puma any where else, not everything of course, but many things. Also the fact that some deals are sponsored isn't really an issue. I mean seriously, if they didn't make any money why would they keep maintaining this website after all? Paying all the mods who organize the thousands of deals posted everyday?! Not that easy of a task I am sure. Besides, there is no harm here, it isn't like you are forced to buy anything, if you don't like a deal just pass on, fair enough IMO!

well, just my two cents, most Nike deals come close to the Puma prices, if not higher! I am not a puma fanboy either, I like so many athletic brands, Puma included though, and I like their designs first, but the quality is good too, I have a puma cat that has been in great shape for almost three years now, my running Puma is 5 months old now & still running with no sweat, except for few cosmetic blemishes from the regular wear & tear! what am saying is, as I just mentioned to another guy, there are thousands of deals posted everyday, the fact that some of them are dropped may be unintentional and sometimes due to factors like limited quantities or not-so-much trusted websites ( some daily deals sites & so) The other fact is that some deals are sponsored and it makes some sense, I do believe(&remember a talk about it that included Selma & the mods) that they make good money out of this website, which is why they keep it up & running and better than most other deals websites, and which saves us a lot of money and which is why we are all here now & keep coming back!

Was also charged tax on the full price, but hopefully they adjust. Decent prices, slightly lower than the factory store i went to recently.
