GTPLANET.NET has a few threads about self-builds -- including complete "cars". I got a playseat myself. They run about $300 usually, but I was able to work a 20% off coupon code at a Dick's Sporting Goods via a phone CSR, bringing one to around $240...also got some bonus Dick's "cash" with it that I used to get the Logitech G27 shifter adapter. Eventually bought a seat slider since I'm 6'8". All in all, about $300 wrapped up in it...but it's a good seat. They have newer versions than what I purchased. The downside of mine is that if you tighten down the "screws" to keep things from moving, the bolt will "strip circles" from the finish. They have new ways to create tension/clamp parts down.

Correct, you only keep the games as long as you pay for ps+. Not worth it in my opinion, but I am too busy lately with work and school to finish games quickly, it takes me a few months just to finish any games.

Can I stack previous PS+ codes? I don't think I ever claimed them. Trade-in for GT5 is still decent so I'm going to "upgrade" for a little over $5

Sucks growing up doesn't it lol, I'm still in the habit of buying new games every month, but I haven't beat a single game since bioshock 2 released
...I take it back, I beat MW3 and CODBO, so maybe there's some hope

The only game I have beaten was NFS:The Run, that is the only one in the past 2 years. I literally have like 5+ games sitting there in their shrink wraps from BF sale these past couple yrs.

can anyone reccomend a good wheel for this game? im looking for:

- wireless preferred (not necessary)
- 2.5 turn lock to lock (highly preferred)
- paddle shifters (dont care for stick shifter)
- analog pedal/brake (doesnt need to be pedals but should be intuitive to use)
- under $100

i saw the Driving Force Wireless wheel for about $50 and it hits all my wants except the 2.5 wheel lock.. im not interested in the G27, etc since i dont take video game racing THAT seriously, i just want a very intuitive steering response

Same here. I'd love to jump on it but i need to cool it on the games. I have a huge back log and only get time to play once a week.

Same here, thanks to all these slickdeals being too good to pass up, we must all have a big stack of unbeaten, sealed games

Not really a deal since this is MSRP. I'll wait for $10.
