This is a great price for it. I got mine used 3yrs ago for just a little less than this. For brand new, this is a slickdeal.
But this must use its own software, can't use your own software like paper port etc.
I have the s1300 which is slower, smaller and cheaper and it's way faster then my Brother MFC Laser printer. It deals with non-standard size papers extremely well. I don't have to crop or mess with settings. It's just a lot more efficient. Oh and duplex, not many consumer level MFC printers do duplex scanning. (can't think of any atm)
