Sorry if it seems like I'm thread crapping, but while this might be a good deal at this moment, it's not the greatest deal. I believe if you keep your eyes open you can get a much better deal at your local supermarket. To put things in perspective:

I recently picked up a 6-pack of the same thing at my local supermarket for $4.99 - $1.00 Manufacturer Coupon for a final price of $3.99 for 6 bars or 66.5 cents a bar.

Compared to this amazon deal at 8 bars for 92.75 cents a bar.

Even without the coupon you should be able to score them cheaper when they go on sale at a local supermarket.

That's what sucks about the "local supermarket" versus the stuff on SD - you would have to actually either hit it lucky and see it on sale going down the aisle or, watch every sale flyer each week. I really wish these chain stores would get their act together and put stuff on the internet.

EDIT: Thanks for your observation though BTW, it caused me not to pull the trigger on this highly effeminate product. Gonna stick with Ivory so I feel clean and not slimy Plus I have sensitive skin (NOT DRY SKIN) and original Dove makes people like me itch like crazy - probably since it's pumped full of allergens in the form of perfume and lotion So I was figuring there's a high likelihood I'd be giving 7 bars of this away to a friend...

Have to find the coupon, drive to the store, and pay tax..This is much more convenient..

Could you just read and pass period. I pass on hundreds of deals, however, I don't see the need to tell everyone. I have been passing on deals for over 50 years.
