i don't know if I would order clothes from online for pickup. Depending on the type of item, unless they are really organized, a shirt that is available could be misplaced and they will give up and say item not found. I would hate to be the person looking for a graphic tee in size XYZ, that is mixed in with a bunch of other non-related shirts.

problem with buying t shirts online is that there is poor sewmanship (if such a word exists) in that the collars, hem lines, sleeves, and everything that could possible be jacked up about a shirt WILL be jacked up. who wants to wear a shirt that's always pulling to one side. who wants to wear a shirt where the screen print, where it's supposed to be centered is significantly off.
