Yeah, it's an OCZ with bad reviews, but pretty cheap if you're willing to take a risk. Never had any issues with the two Vertex 2's I've used for the past two years (knock on wood).
Use code HARDOCPX822A to bring the price down to $63, with a $20 mail-in rebate.
Description says 115GB but model # implies 120GB? Not sure what's going on with that but here's the product link:

Link to rebate (8/16-8/31):

So i think you should be fine. But always backup.
As for this drive, i think im gonna bite. Im gonna take the risk, and just run the newest firmware. Cant beat this price point. Plus the old laptop i wanna use this in cant suppport SATA3 speeds anyway. . . .

Looks like these drives are the 25nm drives, not the 35nm drives most sites initially reviewed. (hence the "115gb" odd ball size).
Possibly a reliability bump, but at the cost of some storage and speed. Still pretty good at this price point. I'm still gonna get it. . .but one more thing to consider.

I paid 240$ at about 2 years ago, 40$ for 120Gb may be be a good deal for person who dont have ssd.
I must be doing something right or I have been extremely lucky. I have a Vertex I 60GB in another computer and it's been working for more than 2 years without a problem (1.5 Firmware.)
I will not buy OCZ SSD's again, I bought an M4 to replace it and have had no issues for over a year and a projected life of 9 more years.
I, I, - um - ...that's a good SD question, so this is not criticism ...but it's surprisingly hard to type while suppressing laughter.
