just ordered this exact tv from amazon a couple days ago. It included free bluray player and extra 6 glasses (12 total). For $999.

Wonder if they can still price match it?
Also the way it was invoiced is funny. Since the TV ships separately, the bluray player and 6 glasses are on one invoice with a small promotion discount. And then the TV is on another invoice with the large promtion deduction for the remaining cost of the player and glasses. Thus making the invoice for only the TV total of $820. If they pricematch that, I'm only getting $20 off.

Or maybe they pricematch TV only and cancel the bundle items... If i can get the pricematch AND the free bundle items, that would be extremely slick deal.


Edit: called the large item dept. they couldn't do the pricematch at this moment since the TV is currently in processing to be shipped. But they put a note on the order that the price match is approved and they'll do the refund after shipping. I hope it still goes through. A bit risky IMO.

Also note that this TV is backordered 2-4 weeks. Mine ended up shipping sooner, but realize you may have to wait.

Should we expect Amazon to decline PM because $799 isn't visible until final checkout? Does that matter to them?

You should be able to PM. Frys doesn't have the bundle deal though.

I did this with the 47LM6700 (not 7600) about 1 month ago...got the TV, bluray, 6 extra pairs of glasses for 799 total...that was slick, but if you can get the 7600 for the same price...I say that would be super slick.
