whether it's 1.65 or 1.5 is up for debate

Extreme Performance PC3-12800 (1600MHz)
Enhanced Latency (9-9-9-24)
Voltage: 1.5V
Regarding voltage, usually it's pretty common for memory like this to be 1.5v at DDR3-1333 and 1.65v at DDR3-1600 (OC) no? I'm guessing that's what is meant by the "1.5-1.65" range specified on Newegg, though it looks like many reviews complain about barely reaching 1333 at 1.5v or 1600 at 1.65v.
Cannot beat the price for $45 though...

Can anyone confirm?
I have actually been sitting on a 2x4 kit for a while, since it needs 1.4 instead of 1.5 volts and as such hates my motherboard. Works fine in 3 other comps I have tried.
This will probably work in this machine, and I am planning to rebuild for Black Friday, and doubt I will see a better price. On the off chance I do I will just go 32gb.
What do I look for to tell if this is compatible with my computer? (HP 6710)
Thanks!
