Was the one posted last week micro-ATX? This would make for an awesome HTPC rig.
I dont see why not. I got this thing for a HTPC [newegg.com], coupled with a 60gb SSD (for OS), and 8gb of cheap ram, and its been working great even with 1080p movies.
