It's tasty, but I consider Cinnamon Life to be just a hair shy of a sugar cereal. While there are some cereals with a lot more sugar, CL has 120 calories per 3/4 cup, same as in Golden Grahams. Comparing further, GG 26g total carbs and 10g sugar vs CL 25g total carbs and 8g sugar.

EDIT: adjusted #s... don't know if it was just because it was late last night or what, but looking now I see both cereals listed as 2g more than what I saw before. Weird. Still, same difference. Also realized that though the same 3/4 cup serving size are used, that works out to different # ounces for each cereal and should be accounted for to be really accurate.

I can sometimes get it on sale for $1.99 at the local supermarket. But that's waiting for a sale vs instant gratification/ordering it here now with free shipping & not having to drive to the supermarket, wait in line to pay and drive back home is worth it.

Plus the cost of gas better to order online

I agree. I live in Chicago and these are on sale rarely and if so then it is 2/$5.00 and Quaker coupons are rare, unlike Kellogg's and General Mills, So this is a deal for me by any means and I do not have to use my energy and time to locate sale, drive for sale, deal with cashiers who cannot scan coupons correctly. :-)
