Pro has individual removable cages for the front 2 x 120mm fans you can access from the front of the case. Unbelievably nice. Why I chose it for my server. I took advantage of the coupon last week and have a bunch of fan filters coming in - I believe this case will be the easiest to service. Mine came with three two speed fans installed, saves me on the 4 pin molex switch conversion.

Con - Bottom mounted PSU must be installed taking air out of case, no bottom grill. This shorten the PSU's lifespan, especially if you have a hot GPU which is what the PSU will be drawing air across. Has spots for cable ties to keep cables together, but it's not real cable management like the NZXT.

NZXT Source 210/220 - note I have the 210, but I'm also looking at the 220. Only real difference I see is that the 220 has two mounted fans, and just like the Antec 300 (and the Cooler Master 430 I've added next) all three have grilled fronts, i.e. better air flow than my NZXT 210.

Pro - As mentioned before in my post, the two top and side panel fans are all dual 120/140mm fans. This comes with one top mounted 140mm fan and one rear mounted 120mm fan. There have been a bunch of Cooler Master 140mm case fans for $5 AR over the last few months (I'm using mine ). Also a bottom fan mount, which could give you a VERY nice bottom of the case through to the top of the case airflow. You PSU may also be mounted upside down (intake UNDER the case), so the air in the case and the air in the PSU NEVER mix. I did have to take the grill off my PSU when mounted upside down to stop an annoying rattle - but the honeycomb grill on the case provides better protection anyway. Only Problem I could see is with deep carpet restricting airflow.

CABLE MANAGEMENT - OK, I think $30 is the most I've paid for any case except an HTPC or a tower case. This has room for the cables behind the motherboard tray. Damn, it's REALLY nice, now I see why people pay extra for cases with this feature. Seriously, between the bottom mount fan, upside down bottom mounted PSU, and the cable management, I am willing to bet this would give you better temps/overclocking than the Antec 300.

Pro Has space for only one 120mm fan on the front, which comes installed. Has one back, two top, and one bottom mount for 120mm fans. Also has the same upside down PSU bottom mount (you can always mount them right side up but then they are sucking in hot case air off the video card ) as the NZXT. Both have the screw holes to mount the PSU either way.

It does have a couple of 3.5" mounts accessible from the front which is why I have my current gaming rig on it - I have a very nice Rosewill card reader/eSATA/USB front panel I got on special from Newegg. Plastic side panel, which mean you can mod it to fit a large exhaust fan very easily - I have a 250mm sitting around that I haven't installed yet as the case really is doing well as is.

Since it has the plastic side panel, if you want lights well then you can see them. I am not a gussy it up type guy, so that is of low importance to me. If you want a little bling/glow in the dark/whatever (to quote my daughter) - then this is definitely your best choice of the three, as the other two have steel side panels.

Con Same non-cable management as the Antec 300. Bluntly, if I had any intention of overclocking/high wattage CPU's (95-12 watt) or was using multi-GPU'a I would use the NZXT 220 over the other two cases - undervolted 140mm fans plus a PSU that is isolated from the case airflow wise plus cable management meaning your airflow is so much better - if it wasn't such a hassle, and if the Elite 430 was a little bit more inferior - I'd switch my cases around.

Final analysis, I prefer the NZXT 220 to either the Cooler Master or the Antec. All are made from nice heavy steel, have well finished edges, and as I mentioned mesh steel fronts for circulation. As noted by one poster, the Antec may be a slightly quieter case - I have my server in that so I really cannot A/B compare, plus the fans and coolers I am using in each case are significantly different. The Antec comes with one more fan than the NZXT, but right now it costs $25 more. Hope this helps.
