"Poor merchant reputation" is completely false. This company has incredible customer service...must be an Apple-related thing (go figure). I emailed the CEO once regarding a case, and they expedited an extra case to me for free immediately.
If you believe it's "Not a good price" (in comparison to another deal), that's fair, but please post it here so we can all benefit from the SD.

I actually receives my vivilli cases and love them.
My friend got the zoogue for his 4 and I love it as well.
It's more of a rubber case that is of the highest quality I've seen so far.
It fits very snug and is very solid, cutouts are Perfect.
I don't mind the wait as I know the silicone they use is worth it.
I have had other silicone cases for the 4 and they stretch and don't even cover the phone tightly and actually is a bit loose, enough to let dust in between the phone and case.
The zoo gue is so tight that you will not have that problem. I have ordered an reps+tu
