Just at tip for TVs like this, they are fine to purchase just be aware the reason the price is slow is because the parts are from older generations. Easiest way to tell is by the energy guides, the newest model 32" LCDs are closer to $14-$15 a year for energy, whereas this set is $19. Obviously that 5 bucks a year isnt a deal breaker and should not discourage someone from buying a budget set like this, but from lurking around I see people always posting why the "no-name" TVs are so cheap. Hope this helps some.

That's because they are old people, and don't realize cable/satelite only transmits in 1080i and they don't own a Blu-ray player.

I liked the Vizio 42" for $200 this morning. Vizio is a good TV. Bought one but no email saying one way or another.

I'd order this and use it as a monitor, if the response time was better.

I bought mine just in time. With the 4 year warranty + tax it was about $250.00. Refurbished, but the 4 year warranty will fix anything wrong for a long time.

The pictures show 4 mounting holes, but they are spread pretty far apart.
