GIFT CARD DEAD
You can save an extra $75 on this, bringing it to $329 before tax if you do the Dell gift card promotion. Buy a $400 Dell egift card here (be SURE to select eGiftcard) first by the 25th: https://dell.cashstar.com/gift-ca...elivery=PH Then in anywhere from 1 hour to 8 hours you'll be emailed a $400 egift card and a $75 promo gift card that expires in 90 days. Get the monitor, apply the code, save the cart (save cart button), then call dell to complete the order payment (you can't pay with 2 gift cards online). Make SURE they apply the $75 gift card first because you'll have a credit balance left and you don't want it to expire in 90 days. By running the $75 promo one first it's all used up, and the credit left goes on the $400 egift card that has no expiration. Dell Small Business
Dell U2410 24" UltraSharp IPS LCD Monitor

Specs:
Inputs:
1x DisplayPort
2x DVI
1x HDMI
1x VGA
1x Component
1x Composit
4x USB (2 on left side, 2 on bottom plus 1 usb out to computer hookup)
On the bottom, there is also what looks like a 1/8" audio out and also some power input for speaker (which I do not use either).
I got it last time it was this price. Nice monitor. It's big.
Only thing I changed was I turned off the button pressing beep sound. That got annoying real fast. You can turn it off in one of the options though, which is nice.
Assuming I haven't experienced 16:10, is a monitor like this REALLY worth it compared to something like say the ASUS VE248H for $170?
-This will be part of a dual monitor setup (ASUS 24" with LED Backlight).
-I don't need high color accuracy.
-I primarily use the system for gaming and office suite work.
For other uses that require the good features of this monitor, this is a good price.
For all the Dell lovers out there, I got one of these 2410 for my brother who is a graphic designer, and it had a dead pixel and Dell claimed it perfectly within their quality standards... good luck
I feel sorry for you, dude

People always argue the quality of the display, but after doing some thorough checking, I can find no defects on either display, and I have them hooked up to a power conditioning device that will take out any kind of electrical noise and voltage spikes. A normal surge protector or battery backup does not protect against these, and battery backups actually introduce HUGE electrical spikes if you don't have a clean sine wave when it converts to battery power.
So pretty much for a lot less money I've gotten a very high quality setup for my display.
