What are you talking about? I have 6 Patriot drives, not a single issue. They are the most robust I have ever used (rather abused). Very reliable and fast rebate turnaround.

i was reading the reviews for the 16GB version of the axle, and they claim it's slow even for a USB 2.0. Re-formatting might or might not help.
