I have their leaf blower, its actually very good. This seems like an excellent deal.

I bought this about 1 year ago with the same price from vminnovation.com. Still running strong. Recommended for anybody looking for gas trimmer. You should pay only $50 because I don't want to pay more than this for gas trimmer.

Very Important: Always remember 2 things when you use the gas trimmer:
1. Store the gas trimmer horizontally with the carburetor on top..
2. Press the clear plastic small gas bump about 6-10 times before you start the gas trimmer again. This will get it started right on the first few trials.

Does it come with the bump to feed head?, cause the reviewers are saying it does not. I really hate the pre-cut strings that some trimmers use. TIA

I bought this for $58 a month ago.
It had trouble starting and when I did get it started it would die after 5 minutes of use. I definitely got a defective one.
VMInnovations was awesome…they sent me return label and issued refund promptly.

I am not knocking this deal. I read many reviews…..this a solid deal at $50 or even $60.
I am just pointing out its possible to get a defective one.

This does come with the pre-cut string head. And the trimmer is HEAVY.

i bought one a year ago and it works fine and starts up easily. the bad thing is that it is heavy. also, the head is not tap n go, so the string gets really short after like 10 minutes of usage. Pain in the butt having to replace the string after short use. poulan sells a curved shaft one at walmart with a tap n go head, but you have to buy the entire trimmer there. poulan should sell a tap n go head separately so people can buy if they need to. not sure why they don't do it. the video on their site shows the tap n go head, but that was not the one shipped so BEWARE.

according to this post it doesn't:

"Received mine today. Filled the tank, pushed the primer bulb and it started on the second pull. Runs great and my Ryobi edger fits it perfectly. A great backup for $57 delivered with the oil and about six spare cut strings. I never had good luck with the bump and feed models so this is perfect. You can buy a spool of .105" trimmer line, mark the length on a garage shelf and just cut a supply of spare lines."

found some on ebay for 15 bucks shipped, search for "tap n go" (22+ elsewhere)

no bump head and a 2-cycle..... i'll pass
