It should show the rebate now.
It won't get cancelled, even if it's a money maker. They have had money maker FAR items in the past (i.e. Eastwear Backpack) and those shipped out fine.

They operate on Eastern Standard Time. Your order will show up as the 12:36 AM September 29th if you order now.
As for the backpack... I don't know which one you are referring to.
