Discover's 5% categories switch on Monday (Oct 1) -- and the 4th quarter category pays 5% for "all online shopping." So, if you use Discover, there will be an xtra 5% cashback on the deal if Tiger doesn't "ship" (or bill) until after the weekend. That would make a total of 10% cashback from Discover -- 5% for clicking through the ShopDiscover portal to get to the Tiger website and 5% for making a purchase in the 4th quarter category.

I hate that crap, I've ordered a couple times in the past just because I was too lazy to remove it from the cart

It won't do you any financial harm to keep it though, but I hate the business practice

Usually you get some sort of tracking numbers, it's hard when the cards arrive though, but all of them have online tracking so you can see which have been mailed and not

afa keeping tracking of everything I have a excel spreadsheet with ALL my purchases in it, and 3 separate field

1. when I mailed the stuff in
2. the satatus of the rebate (can check once a month or so, eg. received, processed, not received)
3. If I have received the rebate, and when I receve the rebate I replace this field with the date at which I received the rebate

It's a tad overkill though lol, but if I ever get problems I have it all there in the same place

It requires cancelling subscription. The email with the link how to do that will show up after the order ships. It will renew for a then carrent fee in 6 month otherwise.

I will risk the extra 75 cents I could've made and lock in my savings now at the $15 price.
