just call, don't be shy
And 120Hz is fine for only about 50% of the viewers (with the weird "soap opera" effect).
I'll take a tv that is fine for 99% over one that is fine for 50%.

Having said that, from the picture quality perspective, shorter the pixel transition time would leave more of the 15 ms frame viewing time to display the frame with a fully changed pixel. Whether you'll see a difference between a 2ms typical transition time vs 8ms transition change, I don't know.
I suspect that you probably would have to look hard to notice the difference.
Thumbs DOWN for a cheap edge-lit LED backlighted LCD tv. Standard flourescent backlights are superior for picture quality in most cases until you get FULL/LOCAL DIMMING LED backlights.....which are at a way higher price point.
The only reason I'd want a 3D 120Hz/240Hz TV is for the simultaneous split screen.

In the meantime, I drove out to my local BJ's and was able to pick the second to last one in their store. I had to pay taxes, but at least I have a local store I can take this TV back to if I have any problems.
Reps to the OP!
