What's the read/write speed on this card?

FYI, I ordered 2 and got them today, and they were not in manufacturers packaging, they were in little zip lock baggies, with stickers that said "new" on them. I checked the contacts and they had some insertion wear, so I used Recuva to do a deep file scan to see if I was sold used cards as new, and YEP, they were used. Here is my fav pic(nice TV, kinda dirty room tho), what say you guys I should do with this? I haven't tested the cards to see if they returned due to issues (speed tests, looking for bad clusters, etc.), but I prefer to get new when I pay for new, know what I mean?

BTW, what is all of that weird looking stuff on the table anyway? I think I see a bunch of pill capsules, except they are empty? Why do that? And that art glass thing is not only ugly (IMO), it is dirty. What is the point of having an art piece that is dirty like that? There was some video too, but I am not posting that... because I know what was going on there, I do have two kids, and no one wants to see it (I wish I could UNSEE it), it was gross .

You can open an eBay dispute resolution and say it wasn't new like described and ask for a refund.
That thing on the table is a Bong for the guy to smoke his week.
Also, why did he put that cable box under his TV? It just made it crooked. He should've moved it forward or something.

Actually, now that I'm looking at it closer, it looks like he has a big bottle of vitamins and he took them all apart (hence the pill cases on the left) and just dumped it into his bong to smoke it all at once. Weird.

Hmmm, maybe smoking vitamins makes you stupid, looks like plenty of room elsewhere to put his cable box. Or maybe his head is on crooked so he did that on purpose so the TV looked straight for him. Sucks for guests though, that would drive me NUTS.
