Also, there's really no good reason to put one of these protectors on. Not only does it not make your screen look better (in fact, it'll probably look a lot worse if you don't apply it perfectly, and the protector will scratch relatively easily), but you don't need to because the glass on the front will not scratch even if you try.
However, I'm all for matte screen protectors, since they not only drastically reduce the amount of fingerprints you see, but they also reduce glare, and they actually make the surface that you slide your finger on feel much better/smoother. Glass (as well as traditional, glossy screen protectors) can get a little grippy sometimes, but that doesn't seem to happen with matte protectors.

I guess all those tests that show it being abused in a bag of keys and nails and coming out scratchless don't properly simulate what goes on in a pocket.
